    Product Description

The Zapco MAT1 AutoTune Calibration Microphone is a precision omnidirectional measurement microphone designed for use with compatible Zapco DSP-IV AT Series processors and amplifiers.

Built specifically for professional DSP tuning, the MAT1 allows compatible Zapco AutoTune systems to measure the vehicle's acoustic response from the listening position and automatically establish critical tuning parameters including equalization, phase, and signal delay/time alignment.

For professional 12-volt installers, this provides a fast and repeatable way to establish a properly calibrated baseline before making final tuning adjustments.

    Professional DSP Tuning

The ZMAT1 gives installers a purpose-built measurement tool for compatible Zapco AutoTune systems. Once positioned at the listening location, the microphone captures the system's acoustic response so the DSP can calculate corrections for the vehicle environment.

This makes it especially valuable for shops performing multi-channel active systems, DSP amplifier installations, premium speaker upgrades, and complete system tuning.

Instead of treating AutoTune as the finished tune, installers can use the resulting calibration as a strong, repeatable baseline and then make final adjustments based on the system and customer's listening preferences.

    Important Part Number Note

ZMAT1 is the Ultimate Marketing SKU for this product. Zapco identifies the microphone as M-AT1. The UM part number was changed to ZMAT1 to prevent a duplicate SKU conflict with the Recoil MAT1 Multifunction Audio Tester.
