    Ultimate Marketing Inc., also known as UM Distributors, is a dealer-only 12-volt distributor and manufacturer’s representative based in West Columbia, South Carolina.

    For more than two decades, we have helped authorized dealers grow through quality products, knowledgeable support, dependable service, and long-term partnerships. We serve businesses throughout the Southeast across the car audio, motorcycle audio, marine, powersports, golf cart, lighting, OEM integration, security, and installation-accessory markets.

    Shipping, Returns and Warranty Support

    Eligible in-stock orders received by 3:30 PM Eastern Time on business days will generally be processed and shipped the same day. Shipping times and availability remain subject to account verification, inventory, carrier schedules, holidays, freight requirements, and other applicable conditions.

    Ultimate Marketing supports the applicable manufacturer’s warranty process for eligible products purchased from us. Warranty periods vary by manufacturer and product and are calculated from the original Ultimate Marketing invoice date unless the manufacturer approves a different date in writing.

    Approved returns may be directed to our West Columbia facility or directly to a manufacturer-designated warranty location, depending on the brand and the instructions provided with the approved Return Authorization.
