The SoundSkins SSK-SRHD4DR is a vehicle-specific sound treatment kit designed for 2015–2019 GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD Crew Cab trucks. With 30 sq. ft. of pre-cut SoundSkins Pro material, the kit allows professional installers to treat all four doors without spending additional shop time creating templates and cutting bulk material.
The large doors found on Sierra HD trucks can introduce vibration, panel resonance, and unwanted road noise—especially after higher-output speakers and amplifiers are installed. Treating these surfaces creates a more controlled acoustic environment that allows the audio system to perform the way it was intended.
SoundSkins Pro combines rubber butyl, aluminum foil, and acoustic foam into a multi-layer treatment. The butyl layer helps damp vibration and resonance while the acoustic foam provides additional isolation and noise control.
