The SoundSkins SSK-F2504DRV2 is a vehicle-specific sound treatment kit designed for 2023+ Ford Super Duty Crew Cab trucks. This is the newer-generation Super Duty kit, replacing the SSK-F2504DR application for 2017–2022 trucks.
The kit includes four precision-cut SoundSkins Pro pieces designed to treat the inner layer of all four doors, providing 30 sq. ft. of total coverage. Because the material is already machine-cut for the vehicle, professional installers can achieve a clean, repeatable installation without spending shop time creating templates from bulk material.
SoundSkins Pro combines rubber butyl, foil, and acoustic foam into a 3-layer material designed to control panel vibration and resonance while helping reduce road noise. The material is 4.5mm thick, consisting of 1.5mm butyl and 3mm smooth acoustic foam. For upgraded audio systems, properly treating the Super Duty's large doors provides a more controlled environment for the speakers. Reducing door resonance and unwanted panel movement can help produce tighter midbass, better definition, fewer rattles, and cleaner overall sound.
