Passive Audio Signal Isolator
Noise Suppression / Ground Loop Eliminator

DESCRIPTION

• Inline audio isolation module designed to eliminate ground loop noise, hum, and alternator whine when integrating aftermarket amplifiers, processors, or external audio sources.

• Used when noise is introduced due to different grounding reference points between components in the vehicle.

FEATURES

• 1:1 isolation transformer prevents direct ground continuity between devices.

• Reduces or eliminates:

  • Engine whine / alternator noise

  • Low-frequency hum

  • Digital clocking artifacts

• Designed for low-level RCA signal paths — does not require power.

• Compact, durable housing for under-dash or behind-radio installation.

FUNCTIONAL APPLICATIONS

• Install between:

  • Factory radio → amplifier RCA input

  • Aftermarket radio → external amplifier

  • Bluetooth/aux adapters → head unit AUX input

  • DSP → amplifier chain (if loops are introduced)

• Extremely useful in:

  • Motorcycle, marine, and utility vehicle installs where chassis grounds vary widely.

  • Systems with multiple amplifiers or signal processors.

INSTALLATION NOTES

• Install in RCA signal path, not speaker-level wiring.

• If noise persists, verify:

  • Amplifier grounding point

  • Radio chassis ground reference

  • Shared grounding between processors/amps

• Does not correct noise caused by:

  • Defective amp inputs

  • Poor battery/charging system grounding

  • High-level speaker signal noise (use SNI-50A or LOC in that case)
