The ST-III amps were the first to get the new Studio brushed aluminum finned chassis, with the standard measurements for all models of 16 cm (W) and 5.8 cm (H). With the new ST-D Compact Series we've decreased these dimensions to 12.4 cm (W) and 5 (W), further reducing an already compact chassis.
The small size does not mean reduced performance or control possibilities. Also in the ST-D Compact Series you will have the possibility to use RCA or Speaker Level inputs, variable input gain control, variable electronic crossover and bass boost control.
