Download the file to the desktop of your computer. Right click on the file and scroll down to "Extract all" Open the ATCUPG file drag the content onto the empty flash drive, Then install on motorcycle, follow the attachment for installation. Once installed repeat the process for the second update. Update 1 is a large file so it might take a bit of time. Once the first update is done, clear the USB flash drive of any data, and repeat the process. Second update is a smaller file and will go quickly. Call or email me if you have any questions about the download update for the MSHD14. One last note: the file link will not expire. If you have already done this update a few test subjects have just keep the info for your records. If you need to talk please give me a call. Calls have been extremely heavy lately, so if I don't answer that means I am helping other customers please leave a message.

If everything is working properly then you won't have to reflash the radio.  If it's not then you will need to reflash the radio.

ONE LAST NOTE:  You will be required to reflash the radio through the Maestro.  When reflashing the radio you will need to unplug all the connections from the radio.  If you don't you won't be able to reflash the radio.
