Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing:

All orders placed by 4:30 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays) will be processed and shipped on the same day.
Orders received after 4:30 PM ET or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Carrier:

Ultimate Marketing is committed to ensuring the timely delivery of your order. We use reliable, major carriers for all our shipments, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
The choice of carrier will depend on the delivery location and the size of the order. This ensures the most efficient and prompt delivery possible.


3. Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping typically takes 1-5 business days.
Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Please contact our customer service for details and pricing.


4. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery destination.
You will be able to view the shipping costs at checkout before finalizing your order.


5. Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.


6. International Shipping:

Currently, Ultimate Marketing ships only within the United States. We plan to expand our shipping to international destinations in the near future.


7. Damages and Lost Shipments:

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or a refund.
